7 Steps you can start today to have a positive mindset:
- Practice Gratitude! Say 1 Nice thing to yourself and someone else daily
- Write down at least 10 things you are Grateful for every day
- Keep a journal and write in it. Writing how you feel can open up your soul.
- Before you go to bed think of 1 positive thing you did for the day. Congratulate yourself for it.
- Retrain your brain and let things go. If a negative thought comes into your head, stop yourself and think of something meaningful and positive instead.
- Wake up with a Purpose!
