Creating Wealth for Women
As long as a demand exists for your knowledge and skills, you will always have a source of income if you know how and when to use them. More millionaires are made through real estate than any other single business. Most of those millionaires have been men. So why aren’t women part of this equation? One thing is for sure – It is time that women get their own piece of that pie called real estate. There is no logical reason why women are not more actively involved in obtaining the profits through this career.
You can be one of those women if you believe you can and you educate yourself about the process. The great thing about this business is that you can start without having a lot of start-up funds. No other investment allows for appreciation and positive cash flow as easily as this. You can literally go from broke to a positive monthly cash flow in less than a year if you work smart. This is not some “get rich quick” scheme. It does not involve the late night commercials. It is about educating yourself and getting involved to take action. This is about giving you, the reader, the knowledge that will help you become successful.
To further legitimize the education you are about to receive, let’s bring Uncle Sam into it. The U.S. government encourages you to get into this business. The special tax considerations they offer equate to more money in your bank account. And offer special financing for various needs. Limited incomes get help with paying their rent. And, of course, you can defer paying taxes until you retire if you take the necessary proper procedures.
The opportunities in this industry are not covered with the glass ceiling that still exists in the business world. Women can reach their full potential in the real estate investing world. The possibilities are limitless. There is no one to tell you that you can’t earn more money. They also can’t tell you how successful to be. These are all up to you and your opportunities that you create. Doesn’t that feel wonderful? No more glass ceiling!
You have a choice. You can live life by design or you can live it by default. It is up to you. Get in the batter’s box and strike out a few times. That’s okay. Never fear failure. When I make a mistake, I increase my awareness and improve my performance I refuse to relegate my disappointment and failure to the back of my mind. I purposely move it to the forefront where I can deal with it, work out the kinks, make adjustments and get back on track. How do you handle failure? Do you learn from them? We learn more from our mistakes than we do our successes. Turn failures into stepping stones toward your goal. One way to look at it is this…if you didn’t make a mistake today then you didn’t learn as much as you could have.
